Katowice Airport (KTW) → Mercure Katowice Centrum transfer

After landing, your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a name board, assists with the luggage and walks you directly to the vehicle. Mercure has its own comfortable driveway at the main entrance from Plac Sejmu Śląskiego, with a large hotel car park and space for V-Class vehicles and conference minivans - drop-off is performed directly at the porticoed door, a few steps from reception. This matters for conference delegations with several suitcases and presentation equipment. During peak traffic (07:00-09:00 and 15:00-18:00) the bottlenecks are the S1/A4 exits and the DTŚ - we plan 8-12 minutes of buffer. During Intel Extreme Masters and EEC we add another 15-20 minutes, as the Culture Zone receives heavy traffic. After 21:00 the transfer typically shortens to 32-38 minutes.

Included service covers meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, luggage assistance, bottled water and child seats on request. We also handle return transfers for very early departures. For conference delegations we assign V-Class, for couples and premium guests S-Class. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. Cash is not accepted.

Mercure Katowice Centrum is popular with ICC Katowice conference delegations, Spodek event guests, Intel Extreme Masters teams and medical and pharmaceutical industry delegations using Mercure Académie. For such groups we set up regular shuttle service between the hotel and ICC Katowice (5 min), Spodek, the Silesian Museum and NOSPR. In the evening we transport guests to Katowice restaurants - Lalka Bistro, Restauracja Czerwone Wino, Tatiana - with the chauffeur waiting. We also arrange full-day hourly dispatch with excursions to Auschwitz-Birkenau, Wieliczka, Pszczyna and the Tyskie Breweries.
