After landing, your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a name board, assists with the luggage and walks you directly to the vehicle. Sheraton Sopot has its own comfortable driveway at the main entrance from Powstańców Warszawy Street, with space for V-Class vehicles and minivans - drop-off is performed directly at the porticoed door, a few steps from reception. This matters in summer evenings when the Monciak and Pier area come alive with restaurants and concerts. In peak summer (June-August) the bottlenecks are the Sopot exits from the S6 and the entry into Niepodległości Avenue - we plan 8-12 minutes of buffer, and during sailing-trip peak hours (Friday evenings, Sunday mornings) we add another 10 minutes. After 22:00 the transfer shortens to 27-32 minutes, and Sopot itself remains calm out of season.
Included service covers meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, luggage assistance, bottled water and child seats on request. We also handle return transfers for very early departures after short weekend stays - the hotel driveway is accessible regardless of the hour. For couples we assign Mercedes E-Class or S-Class with sparkling water, for families V-Class with child seats and space for beach luggage. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. Cash is not accepted.

We arrange full-day hourly dispatches with Mercedes E-Class, S-Class or V-Class for excursions to the Hel peninsula (Jastarnia, Hel), to Gdynia at Kościuszko Square and the Aquarium, to Malbork Castle and to Stutthof Memorial. In the evening we transport guests to Sopot restaurants - Spis Treści, Żółty Cesarz, Bulaj - with the chauffeur waiting and returning to the hotel. For conference delegations we set up shuttle service between Sheraton and Tricity meeting venues, including the Forest Opera, AmberExpo and Polish Baltic Philharmonic. We also organise private Sopot days with rides to the Pier, Aquarius, the Sopot promenade, with the option of beach pickup after afternoon walks.
