The transfer from Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport covers about 13 km and usually takes 20-30 minutes. The route typically follows the Tricity ring road (S6) and Aleja Grunwaldzka, with the final approach from the Sopot side (al. Hestii) or the Gdańsk side (ul. Pomorska). The choice of side depends on event-day traffic management and the passenger destination, since the arena has entrances on both sides of the administrative border. On major concert nights the final stretch tends to be the slowest part of the journey, so it is sensible to allow a realistic buffer.

After landing, your chauffeur meets you in arrivals with a name board, assists with luggage and drives directly to the agreed entrance zone.
