During peak hours (08:00-10:00 and 16:00-19:00) the bottleneck is Podwale Przedmiejskie and Toruńska streets, so the driver builds in 8-12 minutes of buffer and switches to Słowackiego Route and Elbląska street when needed. After 22:00 the transfer typically shortens to 19-23 minutes. Reception operates 24/7.
