Gdansk Airport (GDN) → Hotel Eclipse transfer

After landing, your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a name board, assists with the luggage and walks you directly to the vehicle parked in the meet and greet area. Drop-off takes place at the main entrance on Wały Jagiellońskie - the hotel has a striking driveway by the black glass facade with space for a brief stop by a Mercedes E-Class or V-Class. Wały Jagiellońskie is a one-way street - the driver approaches from the Forum Gdansk side. During peak hours (08:00-10:00 and 16:00-19:00) the bottleneck is traffic generated by Forum Gdansk and its underground car park, so the driver builds in 8-12 minutes of buffer and switches to 3 Maja or Hucisko street when needed. After 22:00 the transfer typically shortens to 18-22 minutes. Reception operates 24/7.

Included service covers meet and greet, live flight tracking by IATA code, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, luggage assistance, bottled water and child seats or boosters on request. For premium couples celebrating occasions we provide a Mercedes S-Class and coordinate special arrangements with the hotel (Sky Bar dinner with corner table reservation, welcome drink at the bar). We also operate return transfers - for Eclipse weekend guests we arrange morning pickups synchronised with brunch at the Eclipse restaurant. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. Cash and on-board payments are not accepted.

Eclipse guests frequently extend the brief beyond the airport transfer alone. We arrange full-day hourly dispatches with Mercedes E-Class, S-Class or V-Class for excursions to Sopot, Gdynia, the Hel peninsula, Malbork Castle or Stutthof Memorial. For design enthusiasts we also organise architectural tours of Gdynia (interwar modernism: Świętojańska street, Kościuszki Square, Dar Pomorza) or Gdansk (Great Armoury, ECS, MOMU).
