After landing, your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a name board, assists with the luggage and walks you directly to the vehicle parked in the meet and greet area. Drop-off takes place at the main entrance on Powstańców Warszawskich - the hotel has a discreet driveway within the villa-lined Wrzeszcz district with space for a brief stop by a Mercedes E-Class or V-Class. Grunwaldzka Avenue during peak hours (08:00-10:00 and 16:00-19:00) can be a bottleneck, so the driver builds in 8-12 minutes of buffer and switches to Słowackiego Route and Wajdeloty street when needed. After 22:00 the transfer typically shortens to 15-19 minutes. Reception operates 24/7.

Included service covers meet and greet, live flight tracking by IATA code, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, luggage assistance, bottled water and child seats or boosters on request. We also operate return transfers - for Number One weekend guests we arrange morning pickups synchronised with the original breakfast at the restaurant. For couples celebrating occasions we provide a Mercedes S-Class and coordinate with the hotel a champagne welcome or in-room flower bouquet ahead of arrival. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. Cash and on-board payments are not accepted.

We arrange full-day hourly dispatches with Mercedes E-Class, S-Class or V-Class for excursions to Sopot, Gdynia, the Hel peninsula, Malbork Castle or Stutthof Memorial. For design and lifestyle enthusiasts we also organise routes to showrooms of Polish designers across the Tricity, to selected modern art galleries in Gdynia and Sopot and evening transfers to restaurants such as Mała Litewska, Konsulat or Czerwone Drzwi.
