The transfer from Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport covers about 14 km and usually takes 20-30 minutes. The usual routing runs via the Tricity ring road (S6), the Słowackiego expressway and ul. Marynarki Polskiej, with the final approach along ul. Żaglowa. On fair days the last segment sees the simultaneous arrival of exhibitor vehicles, technical suppliers, delegation coaches and early panel attendees, which tends to slow the closing phase of the route. For events with a fixed opening time it is sensible to plan the journey with a buffer.
After landing, your chauffeur meets you in arrivals with a name board, assists with luggage, roll-up stands, amber samples or congress folders and drives directly to the agreed entrance zone. If the organiser uses a separate entrance for exhibitors, speakers, VIP guests or press accreditation, we align the drop-off accordingly. For larger company delegations we can synchronise several vehicles so the whole group reaches the venue within one planned arrival window.
We also handle transfers between AmberExpo and hotels in central Gdańsk, Wrzeszcz and Sopot, as well as return pickups after the programme. The address is regularly used by the amber industry, Boatshow organisers, trade-event partners and congress delegations. A transfer to AmberExpo should be predictable and end accurately at the right entrance, not only at the venue address. The choice of route and approach side is aligned with live traffic in Letnica and the organiser brief.
Arrival logistics
The standard drop-off is at the venue entrance on ul. Żaglowa 11. On fair days allow for heavier traffic from ul. Marynarki Polskiej and the neighbouring Stadion Energa Gdańsk; for exhibitor, press or accreditation access the chauffeur follows the organiser instructions.
