After landing, your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a name board, assists with the luggage and walks you directly to the vehicle. Mercure has its own driveway at the main entrance from Heweliusza Street - drop-off is performed without any pedestrian-zone restrictions, with comfortable space for conference luggage. This matters for training groups with several suitcases and presentation equipment. During peak traffic (08:00-10:00 and 16:00-19:00) the bottleneck is the Wały Jagiellońskie / Heweliusza junction and the corridor near Gdansk Główny station - we plan 8-10 minutes of buffer, and in case of major congestion the chauffeur shortcuts via 3 Maja Street or Bogusławskiego. After 22:00 the transfer typically takes 20-24 minutes with no traffic, and conference peak periods are handled with an additional information buffer on the hotel side.
Included service covers meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, luggage assistance, bottled water and child seats on request. We also handle return transfers for very early departures after conference wrap-up - access to the Mercure driveway is unrestricted regardless of the hour. For conference delegations we match the vehicle class to the actual passenger count and conference luggage volume so that check-in and load-in stay efficient. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. Cash is not accepted.

For these groups we set up regular shuttle service between the hotel and meeting venues across Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia - including AmberExpo, the Gdansk International Fair grounds, Polish Baltic Philharmonic and Olivia Business Centre. After evening sessions we transport delegations to corporate dinners in Sopot and Gdynia restaurants, with the chauffeur waiting and returning to the hotel. We also organise afternoon tourist drives to Sopot down Bohaterów Monte Cassino, Gdynia at Kościuszko Square, the Hel peninsula and Malbork Castle.
