The group transfer is for larger parties, from six to thirty-plus guests, when one car is not enough. Several Mercedes-Benz vehicles travel together under one coordination and reach the venue in the same time window, so the whole group arrives as one rather than in scattered pieces.

We match the fleet to the group: a Mercedes V-Class for a family, staff or smaller segment, a Sprinter VIP for twelve to sixteen for a larger team, and a Mercedes S-Class or V-Class as the lead car for the most important guests or the bridal couple. We handle up to around thirty-five guests in a single run.

Throughout the day one of our people looks after you. They are the single point of contact for the organiser — no calling individual drivers. Pricing starts from 2200 PLN.

Frequently asked questions

From how many guests does a group transfer make sense?

In practice from seven guests in one V-Class, or eight split across two cars. Below that a single car is more comfortable. The upper limit for one run is around thirty-five guests; for larger parties we plan two coordinated sets.

Can different vehicles be combined in one run?

Yes. The lead car is usually a Mercedes S-Class or V-Class for the most important guests, a Sprinter VIP carries the larger team, and a V-Class takes the family or staff. All vehicles are kept to one standard, so the group feels no difference between cars.

Do you have drivers who speak different languages?

English is standard, alongside Czech and Polish. For German-speaking groups we place a German-speaking driver in the lead car. For larger groups the working language is usually English, and your coordinator relays arrangements to the drivers.

How does the synchronised arrival work?

The vehicles set off from one point after a joint driver briefing, travel in an agreed order with the lead car at the front, and arrive within a five to ten minute window. Your coordinator keeps the pace throughout.

Do you handle weddings and conference arrivals?

Yes. The bridal couple and witnesses ride in the lead car, family and guests follow, with simultaneous hotel pickup. For conferences we collect the group from the airport and bring it to the hotel or venue in one time window.
