Prague Corporate Transfer — Multi-Day Contract with a Dedicated Chauffeur for Executive Deployment

A corporate multi-day transfer in Prague is a multi-day contract with a dedicated chauffeur for an executive during a business deployment, project work or conference week, in which one driver and one Mercedes-Benz vehicle remain at the disposal of the corporate client across several consecutive working days. This is not a single A-to-B transfer or an hourly hire for one afternoon of meetings — it is a dedicated contract for a minimum of one working week (5 days at 8 hours of standard disposal plus weekend off-hours support on request) with a single person on the driver side, a single coordinator on the operator side and consolidated per-week or per-month billing for longer deployments. The dedicated chauffeur multi-day format is specific to the Prague market for three reasons. First — Prague is a centre of due diligence work for Central European M&A by venture capital and private equity firms operating from Vienna, Frankfurt, London and Warsaw, and a project manager running a due diligence sprint at a target company in Prague needs a chauffeur who knows the city, knows the locations of target offices, knows corporate hotels (Four Seasons, Augustine, Mandarin) and operates discreetly without asking questions about the nature of meetings. Second — Prague is a popular location for expat C-suite deployments for regional CEO/CFO roles covering Czechia, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary, and an interim executive on a 1-month deployment needs a stable chauffeur for the whole period, not five different drivers in five different vehicles. Third — Prague regularly hosts flagship corporate conferences and investor days (PSE, Investor Forum, EBRD events) with multi-day side meeting agendas that require dedicated transport for speakers and delegations. Vehicles in the corporate multi-day setup are of two types. The Mercedes-Benz V-Class flagship (6+1, premium cabin, room for materials, documents and presentation screens) is the standard for project managers travelling with a team, due diligence delegations with lawyer and accountant on the buyer side, and M&A transition teams after deal close. The Mercedes-Benz S-Class (luxury limousine, single passenger comfort, executive privacy) is the standard for solo C-suite executives, interim CEO/CFO on deployment and board members on investor day. The vehicle is dedicated to the corporate client for the entire contract — it is not shared with other clients, it is not used for other transfers in between, it is stationed at a location indicated by the client (typically a corporate hotel or target company office) and picked up by the driver at the same time every day. Driver assignment is single point of contact — one senior chauffeur with at least ten years of corporate service experience signs an NDA with the corporate client and handles the entire contract, with no rotation, no backup on light pretexts, only with a dedicated backup driver in force majeure cases. Pricing starts from 12000 PLN for a standard 5-day work week (5 days at 8 hours of disposal, fuel, parking, waiting time) with a V-Class. The S-Class lifts the price to 15000 PLN for a 5-day work week. Multi-week contracts (2 weeks and longer) are negotiated as a per-month rate with consolidated invoicing and may start from 42000 PLN for a full month of V-Class disposal or 52000 PLN for a full month of S-Class. Weekend off-hours support (Saturday and Sunday on request, with no standard daily disposal) is included in the contract and billed additionally only when actually used. The process starts with corporate account setup, in which we sign a master service agreement with the corporate client (not with the individual executive — the contract sits with the company with corporate billing terms and a primary contact person on the procurement or executive assistant side). Then dedicated driver assignment follows with the exchange of the driver profile (CV, experience, references), the signing of an NDA covering all material heard inside the vehicle and confirmation of the corporate dress code. Daily disposal runs according to the corporate schedule — the driver picks up the executive from the hotel at the agreed time, waits at the target office or conference venue throughout the day, transfers for lunch meetings, business dinners and evening receptions and ends back at the hotel in the evening. The weekly debrief takes place on Friday evening or Monday morning, when the coordinator on the VIP Transfers side summarises mileage, disposal hours, special situations (long waiting periods, schedule changes, weekend on-call) and presents the consolidated invoice per-week or accumulated to per-month. Confidentiality is the core value of the contract — the driver does not ask about the nature of meetings, does not comment on companies visited, does not share target office addresses with third parties and does not pass route information beyond the scope of coordination to executive assistants. The car can be branded VIP Transfers (default) or unbranded (on request, with no logos on the boot or signage in the cabin) for discreet corporate work — especially M&A due diligence where a recognisable vehicle in front of a target office may signal the nature of the meeting. Mid-contract cancellation operates with a 48-hour notice period for full refund from the date of cancellation and is a standard clause of the master service agreement.

How the service works

  1. 1
Corporate account setup — master service agreement plus billing terms A master service agreement between the corporate client and VIP Transfers, with the primary contact on the procurement or executive assistant side, billing terms (per-week / per-month / retainer), EU VAT configuration, an accounts payable e-mail or procurement portal integration and an NDA covering the entire contract.
  2. 2
Dedicated driver assignment — confidentiality NDA plus profile A senior chauffeur with at least ten years of corporate experience signs an individual confidentiality declaration in line with the master NDA, sends the profile (CV, references, fluent languages) to the corporate client and receives confirmation or a request for an alternative driver. A backup driver is assigned for force majeure scenarios.
  3. 3
Daily disposal aligned with the corporate schedule The vehicle is stationed at the location indicated by the client (corporate hotel or target company office), the driver picks up the executive at the agreed time, waits at the target office or conference venue throughout the day, transfers for lunch meetings, business dinners and evening receptions and ends back at the hotel in the evening. Weekend off-hours support on request.
  4. 4
Weekly debrief plus consolidated per-week or per-month invoice On Friday evening or Monday morning the coordinator summarises mileage, disposal hours, weekend on-call usage and special situations. A per-week invoice for shorter contracts or accumulation into a per-month statement for multi-week contracts. A hybrid billing aligned with corporate accounting is also possible.

Typical situations

  • Project manager 5-day due diligence sprint (M&A target review) A project manager from a private equity firm or strategic acquirer runs a 5-day due diligence sprint at a target company in Prague: Monday pickup from PRG and transfer to a corporate hotel, Tuesday–Thursday daily disposal at the target office plus lawyer and accountant meetings, Friday final session plus return to PRG. V-Class flagship with room for due diligence materials, NDA confidentiality, optionally an unbranded car for discretion.
  • C-suite expat 1-month deployment (interim CEO/CFO) An interim CEO or CFO flies into Prague for a 1-month deployment at the Czech subsidiary of a multinational corporation, stays in a corporate hotel or serviced apartment and needs a stable chauffeur for the whole period. S-Class luxury with a dedicated driver across the entire month, daily transfers to head office plus subsidiary visits plus client meetings, weekend off-hours on request, billing per-month with a consolidated invoice.
  • Conference week disposal (Investor Day plus side meetings) A speaker or board member at a flagship corporate conference in Prague (Investor Day, EBRD event, PSE forum) with a multi-day side meeting agenda: Monday arrival plus opening dinner, Tuesday–Wednesday main conference plus investor side meetings, Thursday private board meeting, Friday departure. V-Class or S-Class dedicated for the full week, with a single coordinator integrating the schedule with the conference timeline.
  • M&A transition team multi-week (post-acquisition integration) A post-acquisition transition team (5–7 people on the buyer side: integration lead, HR, finance, IT, legal) runs a 6-week integration sprint at the newly acquired Czech subsidiary: weekly PRG transfers for rotating team members, daily disposal of a V-Class plus a second V-Class to split the team across multi-stop visits to offices and operations facilities. Dedicated drivers, NDA confidentiality, per-month billing with a consolidated invoice.

Frequently asked questions

Do you run multi-week corporate contracts with a dedicated driver for executive project deployment?

Yes, multi-week corporate contracts with a dedicated driver are our standard format for executive deployment in Prague. The contract starts at a minimum 5-day work week (V-Class from 12000 PLN or S-Class from 15000 PLN), and multi-week and per-month contracts are core business for us — interim CEO/CFO on a 1-month deployment, M&A transition teams on a 6-week post-acquisition integration, regional directors on a quarterly project. A full month of V-Class disposal starts from 42000 PLN, a full month of S-Class from 52000 PLN, with consolidated per-month invoicing and an NDA covering the entire material. The dedicated driver remains the same throughout the contract — one senior chauffeur with at least ten years of corporate experience, the same vehicle, the same vehicle stationing location, the same daily routine. This format replaces the corporate client hiring a chauffeur on a payroll contract and is usually more operationally flexible than direct employment (sick-leave backup, weekend on-call, vacation coverage all managed by VIP Transfers).

Do you have NDA confidentiality for M&A due diligence or transition team work?

Yes, NDA confidentiality is a standard part of the master service agreement for the corporate multi-day contract and is signed between the corporate client and VIP Transfers before the assignment of the dedicated driver. The NDA covers everything the driver hears in the vehicle (executive conversations with the M&A partner, phone calls with legal counsel, discussions of target valuations, deal terms, transition planning), all addresses of target offices and visited locations, the list of people accompanying the executive in the vehicle and the fact of the executive being engaged on the project. The NDA is in force throughout the contract and for two years after its end, with contractual penalties for breach. For particularly sensitive M&A work (signed deals before announcement, hostile bid scenarios, regulatory-sensitive transactions) we can add an enhanced NDA with a longer effective period and higher contractual penalties. The car can also be unbranded (without VIP Transfers logos) for discreet work in front of a target office. The driver, before assignment, signs an individual confidentiality declaration in line with the master NDA — this is not a formality, it is our operating standard.

How does billing work — per week, per month or hybrid?

The standard billing for the corporate multi-day contract is per-week for shorter contracts (1–3 weeks) with the invoice issued on Friday evening for the full working week with consolidated mileage, disposal hours, weekend on-call usage and optional extras. For longer contracts (1 month and more) we prefer per-month billing with the invoice at the end of the calendar month — this gives the corporate client a clean billing cycle aligned with corporate accounting. A hybrid arrangement is also possible: weekly invoice with a monthly statement or bi-weekly invoice with a quarterly statement, adjusted to the procurement process of the corporate client. All invoices are issued to the corporate client legal entity (with EU VAT where applicable) and sent to the accounts payable e-mail or to the procurement portal according to preference. The master service agreement also allows a retainer model for long-term clients (private equity firms, multinational corporations with regular project deployments) where the corporate client pre-pays a block of disposal hours to be used within 12 months.

What if the executive needs 24/7 disposal, not just the standard 8 hours per day?

The standard disposal in the corporate multi-day contract is 8 hours per day in a 5-day work week (typically 8:00–18:00 or 9:00–19:00, aligned with the executive corporate schedule) plus weekend off-hours support on request. For an executive who needs genuine 24/7 disposal across the contract (extreme M&A work with late-night calls, conference week with evening receptions plus early-morning press briefings, board crisis management) two options are available: an extended-hours contract of 12 or 14 hours per day with an accordingly raised rate, or a dual-driver setup with two chauffeurs working shift coverage providing real 24/7 with one vehicle (driver rotation every 12 hours, one vehicle dedicated to the executive). The dual-driver setup is more expensive (2x driver cost plus vehicle), but ensures compliance with the working time directive and gives the executive truly uninterrupted disposal. For multi-week extended-hours contracts the coordinator also schedules a day-off rotation for the drivers (every 7 days one day off with a backup driver) preserving service continuity throughout the deployment.

Can the car be branded or unbranded for discreet corporate work in front of a target office?

Yes, both variants are available within the corporate multi-day contract and are declared at the corporate account setup stage. The branded V-Class or S-Class (default) carries discreet VIP Transfers signage on the boot and optionally on the doors (a small wordmark, not a panel logo) — we use this variant for regular corporate work, conference week, expat deployment, retainer relationships. The unbranded V-Class or S-Class (on request, at no extra charge) has all VIP Transfers signage removed — we use this variant for M&A due diligence in front of a target office, hostile bid scenarios, regulatory-sensitive work and board crisis management. The unbranded vehicle also carries no logos on the in-car materials (bottled water in a generic bottle instead of a branded one, no logo memorabilia). The driver in either variant remains in corporate dress code (formal black suit, white shirt, no tie unless requested), with no visual identification of VIP Transfers. This allows the corporate client full discretion during sensitive deployments without signalling the nature of the engagement to third-party observers.
