A multi-day corporate transfer in Prague gives your team one chauffeur and one Mercedes-Benz car for several consecutive working days. Instead of booking a separate ride for every meeting, you keep the same driver and a single point of contact throughout the stay.

Two cars are available: the V-Class for a team of up to seven with room for documents and luggage, and the S-Class for a single guest who expects the highest comfort and privacy. The car is reserved for you alone — never shared with other clients — and is collected from your hotel or office at the same time each day.

The standard is eight hours of disposal per day across a five-day week, with weekend availability on request. We bill weekly or monthly on a single company invoice. The chauffeur is fully discreet about meetings and conversations, and an unmarked car is available on request.

Frequently asked questions

How many days can I book the chauffeur for?

The minimum is one working week — five days of eight hours each. We also run multi-week and monthly contracts, for example for an executive posted to Prague for a full month. The same driver and the same car stay with you throughout.

What does a multi-day corporate transfer cost?

A working week with the V-Class starts from 12000 PLN, with the S-Class from 15000 PLN. A full month of disposal is from 42000 PLN for the V-Class and from 52000 PLN for the S-Class. Fuel, parking and the chauffeur's waiting time are included.

How is the service billed?

Shorter contracts are billed weekly, with an invoice at the end of the week. Longer ones are billed monthly on a single company invoice, with EU VAT where applicable. We adapt to your accounting process.

Is the chauffeur discreet?

Yes. The chauffeur does not ask about the purpose of meetings, does not comment on the companies you visit and does not share route information with third parties. On request we sign a confidentiality agreement and provide an unmarked car.

What if I need the car for more than eight hours a day?

We can extend the day to twelve or fourteen hours, or assign two chauffeurs on shifts for genuine round-the-clock availability. The scope is agreed when the contract is confirmed.
