For sedan class (E-Class, S-Class) the drop-off at reception is comfortable, although it requires a careful manoeuvre. For a larger SUV or V-Class we coordinate with the concierge a variant with a slightly earlier stop and luggage handled by the heritage palace luggage service. The Anantara concierge is active in the communication with the chauffeur — on late arrivals or in rain we coordinate the arrival moment to shorten the time from car door to lobby. Masaryk Train Station is four minutes, Old Town Square eight to ten minutes.
