PRAGUE VACLAV HAVEL AIRPORT · DISTRICT TRANSFER
Prague Airport (PRG) -> Vinohrady transfer
Vinohrady is an elegant late nineteenth and early twentieth century residential district and it more often serves longer stays than the classic tourist core does: corporate apartments, relocations, consulting assignments and premium guests who want a quieter address than Old Town. The distance from PRG is about 20 km and the usual travel time is 30-40 minutes. The standard route uses the D7, then Evropská, Milady Horákové and Wilsonova, with the final section through Vinohradská, Korunní, Bělehradská or Italská depending on the building number. The main delays build around I. P. Pavlova, Muzeum and Náměstí Míru. In Vinohrady, the key is accurate access to a specific townhouse, residence or apartment block. Guests travel here for Le Palais Art Hotel, fine-dining reservations, the Riegrovy sady area and addresses around Náměstí Míru with the Church of St. Ludmila. Streets such as Mánesova, Slezská, Anny Letenské, Americká, Belgická and U Zvonařky are largely one-way, with dense resident parking controls and limited legal stopping windows. A map pin alone is therefore not enough; the entrance number, reception name or note about a courtyard pickup matters. The chauffeur tracks the flight, waits in arrivals with a name board and helps with luggage. Sixty minutes of waiting after landing is included. For corporate apartments and longer stays, arrival can be synchronised with the person handing over keys so the passenger does not stand outside with luggage. That matters in the evening, when restaurant traffic on Korunní and Americká makes short stops less predictable. This transfer works well for executives, embassy-related visitors, couples who want a calmer base and travellers staying close to the centre but outside the densest tourist flow. The fare is fixed and payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK, with no cash handling.
