PRAGUE VACLAV HAVEL AIRPORT · VIP SERVICE

Prague Chauffeur Full Day Service

Prague chauffeur full day reserves one car and one driver for an eight-hour block. The format is designed for guests who do not want to break the day into separate transfers but instead run an itinerary that includes several Prague addresses, a Karlovy Vary spa trip, a Český Krumlov heritage day, a family day with school-age children or a multi-stop business agenda — and prefer a single point of contact from morning to night. The chauffeur stays on standby between every stop, and travel runs at a steady, predictable pace, without the need to negotiate new transfers by phone between meetings. Available vehicles are the Mercedes-Benz E-Class for a couple or up to three passengers with hand luggage, the S-Class for guests who expect the highest standard of business travel, and the V-Class for families or groups of up to seven with full luggage. Each vehicle is driven by a chauffeur with local knowledge of Prague, including approach roads to Hradčany, traffic patterns around Charles Bridge, the pedestrian zone restrictions in the Old Town, rush-hour load on nábřeží Edvarda Beneše and the D5 motorway towards Karlovy Vary and the D3 towards Český Krumlov. The operational language is English, with German available on request, and the chauffeur supports basic guest orientation as the day unfolds. Eight hours fits four primary scenarios. The first is a Prague heritage day: Old Town, Hradčany with St. Vitus Cathedral, Charles Bridge, Petřín with the funicular and an evening walk along the Vltava with a Mala Strana lunch. The second is a Karlovy Vary spa trip: hotel pickup in Prague, around two hours of transfer on the D5, time at the colonnades, a thermal treatment, lunch at Grandhotel Pupp and a same-day return without the need for an overnight stay. The third is a Český Krumlov visit, a UNESCO town roughly three hours from Prague, where the castle above the Vltava bend, historic Old Town streets and lunch in a local restaurant fill a full day of sightseeing followed by an evening drop-off back at the Prague hotel. The fourth is a multi-stop business day: hotel, two or three meetings in Karlín, Pankrác or Smíchov, a working lunch and an evening dinner. The format also fits a family day with school-age children, combining ZOO Praha, the Lego Museum, Petřín and an ice cream stop on Wenceslas Square. The 3500 PLN day rate covers fuel, motorway tolls, parking, chauffeur waiting time between stops, bottled water, USB-C charging cables and a freshly cleaned car before every departure. Overtime beyond eight hours is billed at a fixed hourly rate confirmed at booking, so any decision to extend can be made during the day without renegotiation. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before service. Payment by card, Apple Pay or BLIK before the ride, or by bank transfer against an invoice for business clients. Child seats and boosters are available at no extra cost. To book the day we need a date, start time, pickup address and a short outline of the plan — we then assign the right vehicle for the passenger count, luggage and character of the day, and a confirmation with the chauffeur's name, vehicle model and plate number reaches you within a few hours of booking.

Typical situations

  • Prague heritage day The Old Town, Charles Bridge, Hradčany with St. Vitus Cathedral, Petřín and Vyšehrad combine into one day with morning hotel pickup and an evening return after dinner. The car waits at every stop so coats, bags and shopping do not need to be carried through the Old Town.
  • Karlovy Vary spa day Morning hotel pickup in Prague, around two hours of transfer on the D5, time at the colonnades, a thermal treatment and lunch at Grandhotel Pupp or another colonnade restaurant, same-day return.
  • Český Krumlov UNESCO heritage The UNESCO-listed Bohemian town sits roughly three hours from Prague. A full day covers the castle above the Vltava bend, the Old Town streets, lunch at a local restaurant and an evening drop-off at the Prague hotel.
  • Multi-stop business day Hotel, two or three meetings across Prague districts, a working lunch and an evening dinner are covered by one car and one chauffeur, with a single operational contact through the whole day.
