Prague Hourly Chauffeur Service

Prague hourly chauffeur is a disposal format in which one car and one driver remain at your exclusive disposal for a defined hourly block, minimum three hours. It is not a single point-to-point transfer nor a series of separate rides booked by phone between meetings. The format is designed for guests who run a plan of changing order in Prague that requires hourly flexibility: several business addresses in one morning, an afternoon shopping trip between Pařížská and Palladium, an evening combining theatre with dinner, or a multi-stop corporate roadshow spread across six to eight hours. The chauffeur stays at the hotel, office building or restaurant between stops, so there is no need to negotiate the next pickup by phone or look for a car in an app during the short window between meetings. Available vehicles are the Mercedes-Benz E-Class for a couple or up to three passengers with hand luggage, the S-Class for guests who expect the highest standard of business travel with executive trim, and the V-Class for families or groups of up to seven with full luggage or for a small delegation with an assistant. Each vehicle is driven by a professional chauffeur with local knowledge of Prague: approach roads to Hradčany, traffic patterns around Charles Bridge, pedestrian zone restrictions in the Old Town, rush-hour load on nábřeží Edvarda Beneše and the Severojižní arterial, and traffic flow around Náměstí Republiky and the Hybernská office cluster. The chauffeur operates in English, with German on request, wears a formal dress code and assists with boarding, luggage and basic guest orientation. The hourly format fits four primary scenarios. The first is a business meeting of three to four hours: hotel in the centre, one or two offices in the Náměstí Republiky or Hybernská cluster, an optional lunch at Café Imperial and a return to the hotel. The second is a shopping trip combining Pařížská heritage boutiques with Palladium across three hours, during which the chauffeur ferries bags between boutiques and the car and provides a safe place for purchases without the need to carry them between addresses. The third is an evening combo of theatre and dinner across four hours: hotel pickup, Národní divadlo for the performance, Café Slavia or La Degustation Bohême Bourgeoise for dinner, return to the hotel after eleven in the evening. The fourth is a multi-stop corporate roadshow across six to eight hours: hotel, several offices in different Prague districts, a working lunch, afternoon meetings, a business dinner and a final drop-off. The 600 PLN per hour rate (Mercedes E-Class, minimum three hours) covers fuel, motorway tolls, parking, chauffeur waiting time between stops, bottled water, USB-C charging cables and a freshly cleaned car before each start. Overtime beyond the booked block is billed at the same hourly rate and can be approved during the service without additional formalities. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before service. Payment by card, Apple Pay or BLIK before the ride, or by bank transfer against an invoice for business clients with payment terms up to 14 days. To book we need a date, start time, pickup address, passenger count and a short outline of the plan — we then assign the right vehicle for the passenger count, character of the meetings and luggage, and a confirmation with the chauffeur's name, vehicle model and plate number reaches you within a few hours of booking. The dispatcher stays in continuous contact through the whole block, sends updates before the pickup and supports any adjustment to the plan you wish to make during the day.

Typical situations

  • Business meeting Náměstí Republiky / Hybernská Three to four hours between a central hotel, offices in the Náměstí Republiky or Hybernská cluster, lunch at Café Imperial and a return to the hotel. The chauffeur waits outside the office throughout the meeting.
  • Shopping trip Pařížská heritage plus Palladium Three hours between Pařížská flagship boutiques (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Bulgari) and the Palladium gallery. The chauffeur ferries bags between addresses, removing the need to carry purchases between boutiques.
  • Theatre plus dinner (Národní divadlo) Four hours covering hotel pickup, a performance at Národní divadlo, dinner at Café Slavia or La Degustation Bohême Bourgeoise and a return to the hotel after eleven in the evening.
  • Corporate multi-stop roadshow Six to eight hours between a hotel, several offices in Karlín, Smíchov or Pankrác, lunch with a client, afternoon meetings and a business dinner closing the day.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum booking time for hourly hire in Prague?

The minimum is 3 hours. This is usually enough for a business meeting, a shopping trip between Pařížská and Palladium, or a theatre and dinner combo around Národní třída.

What is included in the hourly rate (fuel, parking, waiting)?

The 600 PLN per hour rate (Mercedes E-Class) covers fuel, motorway tolls, parking, chauffeur waiting time between stops, bottled water and a freshly cleaned car before every start. Overtime beyond the booking is billed at the same hourly rate.

Do you have an SUV or V-Class for a group of 6+ passengers on hourly hire?

Yes. The Mercedes V-Class is available for groups of up to seven with full luggage. The hourly format applies to it as well, and the chauffeur assists with luggage and entry at every address.

Can the hourly service include a Karlovy Vary day trip?

Karlovy Vary lies around two hours from Prague each way via the D5 motorway, so a spa day takes a minimum of seven to eight hours including the visit and return. For that scenario we recommend the full-day format with a more favourable daily rate — we will propose it at booking confirmation.

What happens if I exceed the booked hourly block?

Each additional hour is billed at the same hourly rate as the booking, with no change of terms. The decision to extend can be made during the service and communicated to the chauffeur or dispatcher.
