After landing, your chauffeur meets you in BTS arrivals with a Tulip House name board, assists with the luggage and walks you to the vehicle parked in the kiss & ride zone right by the exit. Micro-boutique hotel particularity: Tulip House does not have a driveway in the classic sense - Sturova is a one-way street in the Old Town, but Mercedes E-Class and V-Class fit without problem and the chauffeur coordinates the drop-off directly in front of the entrance. The bell desk and reception are immediately behind the doors. During peak traffic (07:30-09:00 and 16:00-18:30) the final five minutes through the Old Town can slow down, so we plan 3-5 minutes of buffer. On weekends and in the evening the transfer shortens to 18-23 minutes. Night-time - from 21:00 - is the fastest. If the flight is delayed, pickup timing is adjusted via live flight monitoring.

The included service covers meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, luggage assistance, still and sparkling water on board and child seats on request. Tulip House often greets guests with champagne in the lobby with the original stained-glass windows - we coordinate the compromise between fast entry and ceremonial welcome with the hotel concierge. For couples we assign Mercedes E-Class or S-Class, for families Mercedes V-Class with a child seat (note: the hotel has only 28 rooms, so families are accepted one at a time). We handle return transfers, including early departures. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. VAT invoices for PL/SK/CZ companies are issued automatically.
