After landing, your chauffeur meets you in BTS arrivals with a Sheraton name board, assists with the luggage and walks you to the vehicle parked in the kiss & ride zone right by the exit (BTS is a small, efficient terminal - the distance from the gate to the car park is 80 metres). The hotel has its own driveway from Pribinova with a large drop-off bay in front of the main entrance - the bell desk and reception are immediately behind the revolving doors. Particularity of the final leg: during peak traffic (07:30-09:00 and 16:00-18:30) the D1 exit and Most Apollo can add 6-10 minutes of buffer, so we plan ahead. On weekends and in the evening the transfer shortens to 18-22 minutes. If the flight is delayed, pickup timing is adjusted automatically through live flight monitoring.

We also organise full-day hourly dispatch with excursions to Devin Castle (12 km), Cerveny Kamen (45 km), Small Carpathian vineyards (Pezinok, Modra - 30 km) and to Vienna (Mercedes E or V, 65 km, about 70 minutes via the Berg border).
