After landing, your chauffeur meets you in BTS arrivals with a Loft Hotel name board, assists with the luggage and walks you to the vehicle parked in the kiss & ride zone right by the exit. The hotel has a driveway from Stefanikova with a drop-off bay in front of the main entrance - the bell desk and reception are immediately behind the doors. Particularity of the final leg: Stefanikova is a medium-traffic street, and during peak traffic (07:30-09:00 and 16:00-18:30) the Vajnorska exit adds 5-8 minutes of buffer. On weekends and in the evening the transfer shortens to 18-22 minutes. Night-time - from 21:00 - is the fastest. If the flight is delayed, pickup timing is adjusted via live flight monitoring.
The included service covers meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, luggage assistance, still and sparkling water on board and child seats on request. We handle return transfers, including early departures and transfers to the rail station (5 min on foot, but in bad weather and with heavy luggage 2-3 min by Mercedes). For couples and individual guests we assign Mercedes E-Class, for families and groups Mercedes V-Class. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. VAT invoices for PL/SK/CZ companies are issued automatically.
