After landing, your chauffeur meets you in BTS arrivals with a Marrol's name board, assists with the luggage and walks you to the vehicle parked in the kiss & ride zone right by the exit. Boutique hotel particularity: Marrol's does not have a large driveway - Tobrucka street is narrow but we can manage direct drop-off in front of the entrance (Mercedes E-Class and V-Class fit without problem). During peak traffic (07:30-09:00 and 16:00-18:30) the final five minutes through the Old Town can slow down due to pedestrians and one-way streets, so we plan 3-5 minutes of buffer. On weekends and in the evening the transfer shortens to 18-23 minutes. Night-time - from 21:00 - is the fastest. If the flight is delayed, pickup timing is adjusted via live flight monitoring.
The included service covers meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, luggage assistance, still and sparkling water on board and child seats on request. Marrol's often greets guests with champagne in the lobby - we coordinate the compromise between fast entry and ceremonial welcome with the hotel concierge. For couples we assign Mercedes E-Class or S-Class, for families Mercedes V-Class with a child seat. We handle return transfers, including early departures. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. VAT invoices for PL/SK/CZ companies are issued automatically.
