The route from Berlin Brandenburg Airport covers about 32 km and usually takes 40-55 minutes. It commonly runs via the A113 towards the western side of the city and then to Messedamm, but the final access pattern depends on whether the event uses CityCube alone or also relies on adjacent Messe Berlin infrastructure. On major congress dates, traffic around Messedamm and the approach lanes to the entrance zones tends to intensify in the morning before registration opens and again in the evening ahead of gala functions and receptions. For plenary sessions, keynote appearances and executive meetings, arrival should be planned with a proper time buffer.
After landing, your chauffeur meets you in arrivals, assists with luggage, conference materials, delegate folders or light presentation equipment and drives directly to the agreed arrival point at CityCube. If the organiser assigns a separate entrance for speakers, partners, the organising committee or premium guests, we align the drop-off with that access plan. For companies and associations, we can synchronise several vehicles so the full delegation reaches the congress centre efficiently and without fragmentation.
We also organise pickups after the conference day, transfers to hotels and rides between CityCube and business dinners in central Berlin. This is a practical option for speakers, executive teams, partners and international delegates who expect structured logistics and discreet service from touchdown to congress entry.
Arrival logistics
Before travel, it is best to confirm the entrance, registration time and any instructions for speakers or premium guests. At CityCube Berlin, the final approach can slow down before morning accreditation and ahead of evening functions, so the drop-off point should be agreed in advance.
