The route from Berlin Brandenburg Airport covers about 32 km and usually takes 40-55 minutes. The standard approach runs via the A113 and then the A100 or AVUS towards Westend, with the final access shaped by which part of the grounds is being used and whether arrival is best handled from Messedamm, Jafféstraße or the ICC Berlin side. On major fair days, delays do not build only on the main roads. Internal approach lanes, parking areas and gate traffic can all extend the final segment. For morning registration, first commercial meetings or panels with a fixed start time, it is therefore more sensible to allow a time buffer than to plan for the shortest possible run.
After landing, your chauffeur meets you in arrivals with a name board, assists with luggage, roll-up stands, product samples, conference materials or light exhibition equipment and drives directly to the agreed hall or entrance. If the organiser uses a separate zone for exhibitors, speakers, partners or VIP guests, we adapt the drop-off accordingly. We can also coordinate several vehicles for delegates arriving on different flights on the same day so that the wider team reaches the fairground in line with the programme.
We also handle return transfers after the exhibition day and rides between Messe Berlin and hotels in Charlottenburg, Mitte and around Kurfürstendamm. On large trade fair dates, the most time-consuming part of the journey can be leaving the grounds rather than reaching them, which is why the pickup point is best agreed in advance. This service suits exhibitors, trade buyers, senior teams, commercial partners and international guests who need reliable logistics at one of Berlin's key exhibition venues.
Arrival logistics
Before travel, it is best to confirm the hall number, entrance and any VIP or exhibitor access details. At Messe Berlin, the final stage can be extended by internal roads, parking queues and entrance traffic from the Messedamm and Jafféstraße sides, so the arrival point should be agreed in advance.
