VIP Club

1. What VIP Club is

VIP Club is our programme for clients who travel with us regularly. Membership is free and requires no sign-up — your account opens itself with your first completed ride.

The programme gives you two things: points, which you exchange for vouchers towards future rides, and status, which unlocks privileges in how we look after you.

2. How points are earned

• Points are credited after a completed ride, based on its final price.
• The rate is 1 PLN = 1 point. Rides settled in euro convert at 4.00 PLN per euro, so 1 EUR = 4 points.
• Higher levels carry a multiplier — the same ride earns more (see the table in section 5).
• Redeeming points does not reduce what you earn on that ride: points are calculated on the price before the voucher.
• Cancelled or unfulfilled rides earn nothing.

3. What points are worth and how to use them

• Value: 100 points = 1 PLN (400 points = 1 EUR).
• You can redeem from 1,000 points. Choose a voucher denomination in the client portal or in the app.
• A voucher is valid for 90 days from redemption and applies to one booking.
• An unused voucher returns the points to your account. The voucher expires — the points do not.
• A voucher reduces the price of a ride but cannot bring it to zero: the payment provider's minimum amount remains payable.

4. Points do not expire

No expiry date

Points stay on your account with no time limit. We do not clear them for inactivity, and there is no cut-off date.

Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to a bank account. They cannot be moved to another account, bought or sold — they belong to the client who earned them. If an account is closed, unused points are forfeited.

If you cancel a booking that a voucher was applied to, the points return to your account.

5. Levels and privileges

Your level follows the total points earned from rides — what you have collected over time, not your current balance. Redeeming points never lowers your level.

Privileges attached to levels

• Points on every ride — 1 PLN = 1 point, credited after each completed ride. Points never expire and reduce the price at payment.
• App welcome bonus — A one-off 1,000 points for your first sign-in to the VIP Transfers app.
• Priority Booking Confirmation — Your bookings are confirmed first in the queue.
• Extended Complimentary Waiting Time — +15 minutes of complimentary waiting time on top of the standard (15 min city, 60 min airport).
• Extended Free Cancellation Window — Full refund across the entire cancellation window — even where the standard refund is 50%.
• Dedicated Account Manager — Direct, priority line to your account manager.

The privileges that apply at your level are shown in the client portal and in the app.

Your level updates automatically once points are credited. Status, once reached, is never taken away.

6. Bonuses

• VIP Transfers app — a one-off 1,000 points for your first sign-in to the app. Available once per client.
• Referrals — 10,000 points for you and 5,000 points for the person you refer, once they complete their first ride. There is no limit on referrals.
• Gifts — occasional vouchers we award. They cost no points and have no expiry date.

Referral points add to your spendable balance but do not build your level — status comes from rides actually taken.

These rules may change. We give advance notice of any change that reduces members' entitlements, and points earned under previous rules keep their value.

We may decline to credit points, or reverse credited points, where they arise from abuse, a system error, or a transaction that did not complete.
