About this route
Route overview
A transfer from Stansted to Paris is a classic long-haul route via the Eurotunnel — the car-carrying shuttle from the Folkestone terminal to Calais takes the vehicle and its passengers under the Channel in about 35 minutes. From STN the journey runs M11 to M25, then M20 to Folkestone — 450 km in total and 8-10 hours door-to-door. Stansted is the main Ryanair base for routes from Poland and Central Europe, so for clients arriving from Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Katowice or Gdansk and continuing to Paris this is a comfortable door-to-door alternative to the Eurostar interchange. The Eurotunnel runs 24/7 and we reserve a slot in advance for every transfer. Premium Paris hotels on our drop list include the Ritz Paris, Hôtel de Crillon, Four Seasons George V, Le Bristol Paris, Plaza Athénée and Le Meurice. The driver pulls up to the Stansted terminal according to your flight number and waits in the arrivals hall with a name board. After the exit at Calais the journey continues on the A26 and A1 into Paris with no transfer and no change of vehicle.
