About this route
Route overview
Wimbledon is the home of the oldest tennis tournament in the world — the All England Lawn Tennis Club, Centre Court and The Wimbledon Championships at the turn of June and July. The driver pulls up to T2, T3, T4 or T5 based on your flight number and waits in arrivals with a name board. Typical drive times are 40-65 min off-peak, up to 85 min between 4 and 7 PM. During The Championships (late June / early July) the entire Wimbledon Village and the area around Centre Court are under load — we plan routing and timings with a generous buffer. The route follows the M4, then the A205 South Circular to Wimbledon Common or straight into Wimbledon Village. Premium hotels on our drop list include Cannizaro House, Hotel du Vin Wimbledon and Lansdowne House. Wimbledon Common, Strawberry Hill and Richmond Park are next door — a quiet, green corner of London that turns into the global tennis hub for two weeks of the year.
