About this route
Route overview
LGW -> LTN is the European low-cost connection scenario: easyJet or TUI into LGW and a Wizz Air, easyJet or Ryanair leg out of Luton, or the reverse. 95 km and 90-125 min off-peak, up to 150 min in the afternoon peak (4-7 PM). The route runs north on the M23, then clockwise on the M25 along the full western and northern loop to Junction 21, then the M1 north to the Luton terminal. The bottleneck is the whole M25 section between Junction 7 and Junction 21 — congestion is constant in working hours. The service operates 24/7, so we also handle overnight misconnects after a delayed flight. We recommend a 3 hour buffer before a Luton departure (Wizz Air and Ryanair close bag drop 40 min before flight). The driver pulls up at the correct LGW terminal to your flight number (South or North) and delivers you to the Luton terminal.
