Wroclaw Airport (WRO) → Mercure Wrocław Centrum transfer

After landing, your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a name board, assists with the luggage and walks you directly to the vehicle. Mercure has its own comfortable driveway at the main entrance from Plac Dominikański, with space for V-Class vehicles and conference minivans - drop-off is performed directly at the porticoed door, a few steps from reception. This matters for conference delegations with several suitcases and presentation equipment. During peak traffic (07:00-09:00 and 15:00-18:00) the bottlenecks are the AOW exits and traffic on Karkonoska Avenue and Plac Dominikański - we plan 8-12 minutes of buffer. During Hala Stulecia trade fairs 10-15 minutes; after 22:00 the transfer shortens to 22-28 minutes.

Included service covers meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, luggage assistance, bottled water and child seats on request. We also handle return transfers for very early departures. For conference delegations we assign V-Class, for couples and premium guests S-Class. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. Cash is not accepted.

Mercure Wrocław Centrum is popular with tech industry delegations (Nokia, Capgemini, IBM, Volvo, Atos, Google), weekend guests from Germany and Czechia who value the Accor network and couples planning a city break with a base near the Market Square and Galeria Dominikańska. For tech delegations we set up regular shuttle service between the hotel and Sky Tower, Pixel House, Olimpia Port. In the evening we transport guests to Wroclaw restaurants - Pod Fredrą, Koba, JaDka, Mała Domowa - with the chauffeur waiting. We also arrange full-day hourly dispatch with excursions to the Karkonosze Mountains, Książ Castle, Świdnica with the Church of Peace and Trzebnica.
