After landing, your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a name board, assists with the luggage and walks you directly to the vehicle. DoubleTree has its own comfortable driveway at the main entrance from Podwale Street, with space for V-Class vehicles and conference minivans - drop-off is performed directly at the porticoed door, a few steps from the reception greeting guests with the famous DoubleTree warm cookies. During peak traffic (07:00-09:00 and 15:00-18:00) the bottlenecks are the AOW exits and traffic on Karkonoska Avenue and Powstańców Śląskich Street - we plan 8-12 minutes of buffer. During Hala Stulecia trade fairs 10-15 minutes. After 22:00 the transfer shortens to 22-28 minutes.
Included service covers meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, luggage assistance, bottled water and child seats on request. We also handle return transfers for very early departures. For conference delegations we assign V-Class, for couples S-Class. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. Cash is not accepted.

For tech delegations we set up shuttle service between the hotel and Sky Tower, Pixel House, Olimpia Port. In the evening we transport guests to Wroclaw restaurants - Pod Fredrą, Koba, JaDka. We also arrange full-day hourly dispatch with excursions to the Karkonosze Mountains, Książ Castle, Świdnica with the Church of Peace, Trzebnica and the Pilchowice Dam.
