About this route
Route overview
Karlova Studánka is the highest spa town in Czechia (800 m above sea level), with the cleanest air measured in Central Europe since 1856. Empire-style timber chalets line the spa park, the specialisation is pulmonology and allergy treatment, and nearby Praděd (1491 m) — the highest peak of the Jeseníky range with its TV tower — anchors a network of mountain trails. The route from Prague follows the D1 motorway, then D35 and I-46 to Bruntál. A reliable choice for premium spa guests and hikers.
