Route overview
The Krakow to Zakopane transfer is our most frequently booked regional route from the city centre. 110 km along the Zakopianka motorway (DK7/S7) takes you through Myślenice, Lubień, Skomielna, Rdzawka and Nowy Targ to the gateway of the Tatras — 1 h 45 min in ideal conditions, stretched to 3 h in winter and summer weekends. The choice of alternate route (via Mszana Dolna and Rabka) and the timing of the Lubień bypass make a difference of an hour every trip; our chauffeurs know the road from daily experience, not from a satnav. Pickup from your hotel in Krakow (Old Town, Kazimierz, Podgórze) or any private address at the agreed hour. Mercedes-Benz E-Class, S-Class or V-Class with a dedicated, English-speaking chauffeur in formal dress code. Ski luggage included (boxes up to 220 cm), child seats included, mineral water in a chilled holder, USB-C charging, Wi-Fi on board. Full discretion as standard — the chauffeur drives smoothly, adjusts the music, opens the door, assists with luggage at the mountain hotel. Zakopane is a mountain resort, but the pickup logistics in Zakopane itself are tricky — narrow historic streets, the hotel belt along Krupówki/Witkiewicza/Antałówka with seasonal parking restrictions, Aria Hotel Resort, Bachleda Resort Tatry, Hotel Stamary and Krupówki Top Hotel each with their own access protocol. Our driver knows the geometry of every Zakopane hotel — where to stop legally, when to call security to lift the barrier, how to skirt the construction on Witkiewicza. That is the difference between 30 minutes hunting for a parking spot and a 2-minute drop at the doorman. The return transfer Zakopane → Krakow is planned together — either point-to-point from your Zakopane hotel to a Krakow hotel, or with a longer stay in Krakow and a transfer to Krakow Airport (KRK) for the return flight. Multi-day disposal mode also available (the chauffeur stays with you for the weekend at a fixed daily rate). Payment by Visa/Mastercard/Amex, BLIK, EU VAT invoice, EUR/PLN cash.
