After landing, your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a name board, assists with the luggage and walks you directly to the vehicle. Hotel Andersia has its own comfortable driveway at the main entrance from Plac Andersa, with space for V-Class vehicles and conference minivans - drop-off is performed directly at the porticoed door, a few steps from reception. This matters for trade fair delegations with several suitcases and presentation equipment. During peak traffic (07:00-09:00 and 15:00-18:00) the bottlenecks are the Roosevelta / Niepodległości junction and the Święty Marcin tunnel - we plan 5-8 minutes of buffer. During MTP trade fairs (e.g. Motor Show, BUDMA, Polagra, ITM Industry) we add another 10-15 minutes on the entry side, as Bukowska and Głogowska Streets receive very heavy congress traffic. After 21:00 the transfer typically shortens to 13-18 minutes.
Included service covers meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, luggage assistance, still and sparkling water on board and child seats on request. We also handle return transfers for very early departures after MTP trade fair wrap-up - the hotel has flexible check-out and Plac Andersa is accessible to hotel vehicles around the clock. For conference delegations we assign V-Class with equipment space, for couples S-Class with sparkling water. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. Cash is not accepted.
Hotel Andersia is popular with MTP trade fair delegations, business district event guests (Andersia Business Centre, Bałtyk Tower, Nowy Świat) and couples planning a shopping weekend at Stary Browar. For trade fair delegations we set up regular shuttle service between the hotel and Poznan International Fair (5-7 minutes drive) and between the hotel and Andersia Business Centre, Bałtyk Tower and Nowy Świat. In the evening we transport guests to Poznan restaurants - Brovaria, Concordia Design, Whiskey in the Jar, Vine Bridge - with the chauffeur waiting and returning to the hotel. We also arrange full-day hourly dispatch with Mercedes E-Class, S-Class or V-Class for excursions to Gniezno (the first capital of Poland), Biskupin, the Rogalin Palace and to the Wielkopolska Lake District and the Wielkopolski Ethnographic Park in Dziekanowice.
