After landing, your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a name board, assists with the luggage and walks you directly to the vehicle. Hilton Poznan has its own comfortable driveway at the main entrance from Święty Marcin Street, with space for V-Class vehicles and conference minivans - drop-off is performed directly at the porticoed door, a few steps from reception. This matters for trade fair delegations with several conference suitcases and presentation equipment. During peak traffic (07:00-09:00 and 15:00-18:00) the bottlenecks are the Roosevelta / Niepodległości junction and the Święty Marcin tunnel - we plan 5-8 minutes of buffer. During MTP trade fairs (e.g. Motor Show, BUDMA, Polagra, Tour Salon) we add another 10-15 minutes on the entry side. After 21:00 the transfer typically shortens to 13-18 minutes and Święty Marcin Street itself stays calm.

Included service covers meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, luggage assistance, bottled water and child seats on request. We also handle return transfers for very early departures after trade fair wrap-up - the hotel has flexible check-out and Święty Marcin Street is accessible at any hour. For trade fair delegations we assign V-Class with equipment space, for couples and premium guests S-Class. Payment is completed online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK. Cash is not accepted.

Hilton Poznan is popular with automotive industry delegations (Volkswagen Poznań, Volvo, Solaris Bus & Coach), Motor Show attendees, Stary Browar Art & Business Centre guests and couples with HiltonHonors points. For automotive delegations we set up regular shuttle service between the hotel and the factories in Antoninek, Września and Poznań-Komorniki, as well as between the hotel and the Poznan International Fair. In the evening we transport guests to Poznan restaurants - Brovaria, Concordia Design, Whiskey in the Jar, Vine Bridge, Vegevino - with the chauffeur waiting and returning to the hotel. We also arrange full-day hourly dispatch with Mercedes E-Class, S-Class or V-Class for excursions to Gniezno, Biskupin, Rogalin Palace, Lichen Basilica and the Wielkopolska Lake District.
