The transfer from Munich Airport covers about 20 km and usually takes 20-30 minutes, which makes this one of the most efficient premium routes from MUC. The standard drive uses the A92 and then the approach towards the A94 or ring-road connection, but the final routing depends on the target hall, traffic on Willy-Brandt-Allee and the current access plan on site. On major trade fair dates such as bauma, the last stage can take longer because of technical traffic, deliveries, pass checks and the strong arrival wave before the gates open. For that reason, the hall number, entrance and type of visit should ideally be confirmed already at the booking stage.
After landing, your chauffeur meets you in arrivals, helps with luggage, samples, sales materials or light exhibition equipment and drives you directly to the agreed entrance zone. We handle both individual conference passengers and company delegations that require several vehicles within one arrival window. If the plan includes a full trade fair day, we can also arrange return pickup from a specific hall exit or an evening transfer to the hotel, a restaurant or the next meeting in central Munich.
This service is designed for guests who need a short but highly precise transport plan. At Messe München, the value lies not merely in reaching the address, but in ending the ride at the correct entrance with time for accreditation and without unnecessary chaos in the final few hundred metres.
Arrival logistics
The standard drop-off is planned to the West, Nord or Ost entrance depending on the hall number and organiser guidance. On trade fair dates, allow for technical traffic, deliveries, pass checks and heavier flow on Willy-Brandt-Allee; the exact entrance should ideally be confirmed before travel.
