Your chauffeur waits in arrivals with a name board, tracks the flight in real time and assists with luggage from the terminal onward. We work alongside the Pupp concierge, so the arrival moment can be synced with the bellman at the door; if temporary restrictions prevent that, the ride ends at the nearest legal point and luggage assistance continues to reception.
Pupp suits festival stays, spa weekends, anniversary visits and gastronomic trips around the Grand Restaurant. On request we coordinate the arrival window with the concierge to reduce dwell time at the entrance, and for families a child seat or booster is prepared in advance. The standard fleet is Mercedes E, S and V class — the vehicle is matched to passenger count and real luggage volume, which matters with spa cases and accessory bags.
The fare includes meet and greet, live flight tracking, 60 minutes of waiting after landing, bottled water and luggage assistance. We also handle return transfers from the hotel to KLV at dawn and late in the evening, when leaving the spa promenade with predictable timing matters most.
