Yes — infant seats (0–13 kg), child seats (9–18 kg) and booster seats (15–36 kg) are available free of charge. Mention it when booking and we will prepare the correct seat based on your child's age and weight.
Pets are welcome — please let us know the size and type when booking so we can prepare the vehicle (protective cover, extra space). Oversized luggage (skis, golf clubs, bikes, instruments) is handled routinely. For very large loads, we recommend the V-Class Business Van with its extended cargo bay.
Yes. Add intermediate stops directly in the booking form, or contact us after booking to add them. Short waiting at an intermediate stop (up to 10 minutes) is usually included — for longer waiting, we convert the booking to hourly chauffeur hire at a fixed rate.
