We don't run mass tourism
Every tour we run is a private experience — you, your companions and a place that deserves your full presence. No groups of 20 strangers, no rushing, no predawn meeting points. We pick you up from your hotel, provide tickets and a guide, and return you when you are ready.
We use only Mercedes cars — S-Class, E-Class, V-Class. We work with licensed museum guides. Our driver waits without a time limit. This is the standard we never depart from.

Most frequent questions
How do your tours differ from group tours?
Our tours are private — only your group travels in the chosen Mercedes. No strangers, no meeting points, no rigid schedule. The licensed guide works only with you. You can change plans on the fly, stay longer at a museum, add lunch — the driver waits without a time limit.
Can I design my own custom tour?
Yes — beyond our catalogue of standard tours we organise tailor-made routes. Christmas market in Copenhagen, vineyards outside Krakow, multi-day grand tour of Poland, pilgrimage to Czestochowa — tell us what you are after. We prepare an offer within 24 hours.
How many people fit in one Mercedes?
Mercedes S-Class and E-Class: up to 3 guests (plus driver). Mercedes V-Class: up to 6 guests (plus driver). For larger groups we combine vehicles — e.g. 2× V-Class for 10 people. Child seats provided on request at no extra cost.
How does payment work?
We accept online payments only: card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), BLIK and bank transfer. After confirming your reservation we send a secure payment link. We do not accept cash — this is our standard for transparency and client security.
Do you arrange accommodation?
We do not arrange accommodation — you stay at your own hotel in Krakow, Warsaw or Gdansk. However, we are happy to recommend trusted premium hotels and apartments if you are still planning your stay. When needed we coordinate with hotel reception (lobby pickup, luggage assistance).
In which languages are the guides available?
Licensed museum guides are available in over 10 languages: Polish, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Hebrew, Portuguese, Japanese and more. You choose the language when booking. The driver speaks Polish and English.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour. With shorter notice, fees may apply for unused museum tickets (Auschwitz in particular has strict refund rules). For illness or force majeure we handle cases individually.
