You are organising a conference for 200 people. Speakers are flying in from three countries, a sponsor is coming straight from the airport, and attendees will scatter across hotels in different parts of the city. If transport fails, the entire logistics chain breaks down. A late keynote speaker is not a dinner anecdote — it is chaos that colours the perception of the whole event.

How it works in practice

Planning phase

We start with a detailed brief: event schedule, VIP list, flight arrival times, hotel addresses, venue location. From that we build a transport plan with specific drivers assigned to specific people and time slots.

On-the-day coordination

We appoint a transport coordinator who is available by phone throughout the event. Change of plan? Delayed flight? Extra ride needed? The coordinator reacts in real time, reassigning resources without involving the organiser.

VIP handling

Speakers, sponsors and special guests receive a dedicated driver for the entire day. The car waits at the hotel in the morning and remains available until late. The driver knows the schedule and where to be at what time.

A fleet to match the occasion

Our fleet covers every need. E-Class and S-Class sedans for individual transport. Mercedes V-Class vans for small groups. Minibuses for larger delegations. All vehicles are black or dark navy, impeccably maintained, with air conditioning and water for passengers.

For large events we can coordinate twenty or more vehicles simultaneously, each with an assigned driver and schedule.
