Two UNESCO sites, one day, one driver
Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Wieliczka Salt Mine are the two most important UNESCO sites in the Krakow area. If you have only 1–2 nights in Krakow and want to see both, this package is for you. We start early so you reach Auschwitz at 9:00 and have a full 4 hours with a licensed museum guide. No rushing inside the memorial — there is no reason to cut corners there.
After Auschwitz we drive to Wieliczka (~75 km via the A4 motorway, about 1h 15min) with a lunch stop along the way. In the afternoon you descend 135 metres underground — St. Kinga's Chapel, underground brine lakes, chandeliers carved from salt. Two hours on the tourist route, a contrast that feels restorative after the morning.
You return to your hotel around 17:45. One day, both sites, one Mercedes with the same driver throughout. This combo is for guests who want substance: maximum content, minimum logistics, no compromise at either site.

What to know before the tour
Visit order
Auschwitz in the morning (fresh mind, dignity of the memorial visit), Wieliczka in the afternoon (contrast, relaxation after the morning). This is the fixed order — we do not recommend reversing it.
Who this combo is for
Ideal for guests with 1–2 nights in Krakow, business groups before a flight, tourists with limited time who want to see both headline UNESCO sites without returning to Krakow in between.
Peak season tickets
In peak season (April–October) Auschwitz tickets sell out 4–6 weeks ahead, Wieliczka 1–2 weeks. We book both on your behalf.
What to wear
Auschwitz: respectful attire, comfortable shoes, small bag (max 30×20×10 cm). Wieliczka: warm layer (14–16°C underground), shoes with good soles (~380 steps down at the start).
Children
Auschwitz recommends age 14+ (nature of exhibits). Wieliczka is suitable from about 4 years. For families with children under 14, we recommend a separate Wieliczka-only tour.
Alternative: 2 separate days
If you have more time in Krakow, separate tours give more room at each site (8h at Auschwitz, 5h at Wieliczka). The combo is the compact option for busy travellers.

Yes — and for many guests it is the only realistic option. Our combo gives you 4 hours with a licensed guide at Auschwitz and 2 hours on the tourist route at Wieliczka. We start at 7:30 and return around 17:45. That is 10 hours of a well-planned day with one Mercedes driver door-to-door.
How much does the 1-day Auschwitz + Wieliczka combo cost?
The price consists of a base vehicle fee plus a per-person fee (tickets and guides for both sites). For example: Mercedes E-Class for 2 guests is approximately 707 EUR total, V-Class for 4 guests around 984 EUR. The larger the group, the lower the per-person cost.
How long does the whole combo tour take?
